Falcon Lake Estates East – On May 24, 2017, Investigators of the Zapata County Sheriff’s Office executed a narcotics search warrant on the 2000 block of Yucca Dr. The search rendered 1.467 pounds of marijuana,
a 12 gauge Maverick by Mossberg Model 88 shotgun, a Lorcin model L380 380 caliber pistol, a black sticky substance which was identified as Tetrahydrocannabinols which is an extractive of cannabis. The weight of the substance is approximately 3 grams. 9 tablets identified as Xanax were also found inside the residence. The Xanax tablets have an approximate weight of 2.3 grams.

Xiomara Nohemi Rodriguez and Marc Anthony Quintanilla were found to be in possession of all the above mentioned illegal substances. The possession charge is a State Jail Felony. Investigation is ongoing.
