It may not be full-time, but it is close. Noel D. Ramirez, DVM, recently opened his office at 304 State Highway 16, in Zapata. Dr. Ramirez offers a full slate of surgical, preventive and diagnostic care for local pets – large and small. His hours are as follows:
Friday: 12:00 noon until 8:00 p.m.
First Sunday of month: 12:00 noon until 6:00 p.m.
